Foundation Fix 1.1 fixes a few minor mission bugs in the Artemis Group set and adds a bunch of new Personalities. This will raise the total number of user-submitted personalities to 99. You should be seeing them around the galaxy pretty often.
To install the fix, just drop it into the EV Plug-Ins folder. Nothing else is necessary.
